Complaints & whistleblowing policyHow to raise a concern or complaint
BAFA is committed to open, accountable service. Under BAFA Policy #7 (Complaints) and Policy #10 (Whistleblowing), any supporter, participant, or member of the public may submit a formal complaint or concern to info@thebafa.org or directly to the Chair of Trustees at chair@thebafa.org. We acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days and issue a full written response within 14 working days.
Modern slavery & ethical conductVoluntary Modern Slavery Act 2015 statement
Although BAFA's annual turnover is below the statutory threshold under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, BAFA maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking across all charitable operations, partner vetting, and supply chains in the UK and Africa (BAFA Policy #8 — Anti-Bribery, Anti-Fraud & Ethical Conduct).
